E.l.f. Cosmetics New Liquid Poreless Putty Primer

Without a good base, the makeup can settle into lines or wrinkles in the face.  This is why using a good primer is so important before applying any foundation.  It has to be the first step after skin care.  A good primer leaves the skin hydrated, minimizes enlarged pores.  A good primer is going to extend the life of your makeup look.  If you have been following me, you know that I have mature, acne prone, oily skin so it can be difficult to find the right primer for my skin type.

Today, I tried e.l.f. Cosmetics Liquid Poreless Putty Primer, and I liked it! It is lightweight liquid primer that does melt into the skin, leaving the skin poreless looking.  I love how it feels on my skin, and it’s not sticky like some of the other primers I have used from e.l.f. Cosmetics.  My complexion looked smooth and once I applied the foundation, it did not look cakey!  The foundation glided on and blended out so evenly!

Who is this primer great for?  Elf Cosmetics claims that it’s great for all skin types, and it’s free from parabens, and is cruelty free! Overall, I love it.  My makeup has lasted for 9 hours without sinking, cracking, and no lifting!  I have found a good primer, so I had to share it with you!  Check out my look that I created with the Liquid poreless putty primer.
