8 Tips For Perfect Wing Liner
-Prep the eyelid with a concealer.
-Start from the outer lid of your eye, and draw short guideline.
-Use tape as a guide. The tape leaves a clean line everytime.
-Try using a business card to steady your hand. It works everytime.
-Try freehand and clean up the line with concealer. This is the method that I prefer.
-Try creating the outline of the liner and then filling it in. Works like magic everytime.
-Apply from inside of eyelid in thin lines and build up the lines.
-Start from pupil of eye in a thin line and build up the line as you go. Starting from the pupil offers a guideline to follow.

- The feathered brows were created using Benefit Cosmetics 24-hour brow setter clear brow gel and High Brows Creamy brow highlighter pencil.
- To filling in the brows, use your favorite pencil
