Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer Review
I had to get my hands on Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer, it is trending everywhere and just had to know. I had to know is Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer really all that? I tried it today, and to my surprise…..it is! First off, if you are wondering how to use it, apply this primer before applying makeup. Pump 1-2 shot(s) of primer on the back of your hand. I use my hand to blend a thin layer onto a clean canvas. Do this before applying makeup.
Beauty hack: allow formula one minute to fully absorb to activate grip for all-day hold. Layer foundation and other makeup on top for smoother application that will last all day.
What is it made of
- Hydro Plant-derived seed extract hydrates for blissed-out skin.
- A shot of blue agave extract forms an invisible layer to grip makeup for all-day hold. Allow formula one minute to fully absorb to activate full grip effect.
- Aloe water, hyaluronic acid, sweet cherry, and vitamins B3 and B5 boost skin for a healthier-looking base and glassy glow.
- Silicone-free, oil-free, green-tinted formula blends in clear to work across all skin tones and types.
What’s not good about it
So far, it has been 10 hours and my makeup has lasted so well. The makeup has not settled into my fine lines which is normally the case. The only drawback from this primer is that I would not recommend that you wear it as a moisturizer. While some primers can be worn as moisturizers alone, this one leaves the face with a sticky film. So, for that reason I would not recommend this primer as a moisturizer but it can be used a great primer under the makeup.
Other makeup used in this look:
- Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek
- Mikiwi Beauty Lashes found on Amazon
- Pacifica Cherry Velvet Matte Translucent Setting Powder
I am loving this look, if you are wondering about the palette for the eye makeup it’s The Sailor Moon palette by Colourpop. The lippie is Ultra Glossy Lip Bestie Creme Shade by Colourpop. Would you try this look? I love it! I have been working so hard on the cut crease look and I finally figured it out lol.
Overall, I am very happy with the way this look turned out. I would recommend Milk Makeup Hydro Grip Primer.
