Makeup Eraser New Product THE SPONGE Review

If you are a lover of beauty blenders like I am, you may want to try this one out. Unlike any other beauty blender, THE SPONGE is different. The Makeup Eraser just launched THE SPONGE today 7/14 and I so needed this.

What you need to know about THE SPONGE

-First ever machine washable sponge-non-toxic dye-no special cleansers-reusable-last up to 6 months-wet or dry application-saves money-Lasts 2x longer than the average sponge.
-Multi-sized droplets crafted for maximum water flow penetrate deep into THE SPONGE maximizing the cleaning experience.  For deep cleaning  (haven’t washed in over a week) Soak 15min-60min prior to machine washing.

What can it be used for?

-Concealer (under eye, touchups, blending)-Powder ( baking, contouring, & highlighting)-Foundation (liquid, cream, & powder). THE SPONGE is similar to a beauty blender in feel, it conceals so easily. I used the back of THE SPONGE to blend out the lines in the video.
-The container (droplets) are durable by design, made to withstand the spin, tumble & heat of the washer & dryer. The container is displayed in the video. Once you have used the blender a number of times, pop this washable sponge in the washer and dryer…Then use again!

For the overall application, I noticed the dryer the sponge the fuller the coverage. I love full coverage so my sponge is used in my tutorial. I normally use both a makeup brush and beauty blenders, but I love this sponge. It blends out effortlessly and more than anything I can wash it and dry it a big plus for me. I have too many beauty blenders and brushes right now that need to be cleaned. You feel me lol!

So, if nothing else I can pop THE SPONGE in the washer and dryer once I have used it. Usually once a week will do, but of course it depends on how much you are using it. If you used it for everything like me, you may need to wash a little more frequently. Overall, I am excited and will need to get my hands on more.
