Silk Elements Renourish Pure Oils Review

Nothing excites me more than finding a product that works well for my natural hair.  Especially when the product does not need all of your coins lol!  On yesterday, I had the opportunity to try a few products from Silk Elements line and I was pleasantly surprised!

The truth is, for a long time, I valued products according to cost.  I naturally thought that if a product costs more, the product had to be “better” because of the ingredients.  Boy was I wrong!  Lately, I have tried a few different product lines that are not overly priced and they work so well!  The ingredients are safe and natural too.  These products range from $2.99 to $7.99!

So today, I wanted to share my results after using Silk Element products shown in the picture above.

• Silk Element JOJOBA OIL SHAMPOO
• Silk Element JOJOBA OIL CONDITIONER
• Silk Element Extra Strength Shea & Olive Oil Edge Control

To create this style, I did a braid out.  I have about 20 braids, and I went under the dryer for 1 hour.

For this style, I only used The Pure Oils Tantalizing Twist Cream.   I also added my favorite foam to get this look.  They were out of the foam when I went to order Silk Elements.

I also did my edges with the Silk Elements edge control, and I love how they look.

Results

Overall, I am so excited about my results with these products.  My hair came out so good, that I had to write about this product.  There are many products that I use, that are not really blog worthy but this brand is.

Silk Elements line has become my new favorite brand.  I did this look, but then I did my hair again and it came out even better.  In this look in the first picture, my hair was not completely dry.  In the second picture, my hair was completely dry and I am loving the results of the twist out with the Bantu knots.  This is the method that I did in the second picture.
