Wash N Go On 4 Type Hair With Wetline Xtreme Gel

By  |

I have kinky, coily, thick hair and all products do not work on my hair.  I got so excited when I found a product that defined my coils without having to shingle my hair.  If you are wondering what I mean by shingling is taking individual strands of hair and creating a curl.  This process takes forever.

This look is a simple wash and go.  Although, I must admit that I did not wash n go “literally”, I had products on my hair from a day prior.  This product will work the same way even if used on dry hair.

Today, I tried Wetline Xtreme Gel on my hair and was pleasantly surprised.  I love my hair!  I do not normally wear my hair in a wash n go because my texture does not usually look nice.  What I mean by “nice”, I like defined, organized curls.  This look took minimal effort to create, and the curls are just gorgeous.

Steps:

  1.  Section hair into 4 parts
  2. Wet the hair with the spray bottle
  3. Apply Wetline Xtreme Gel to hair
  4. Brush with Denman Brush

Such a simple process to create this look, and I am shook!  This is the perfect look for a rainy day outside, which it has been raining all week.  The gel offers a medium hold so I would suggest adding coconut oil, or some type of oil as a base before applying the gel to keep the gel from getting too hard.

The gel has Aloe Vera and is alcohol-free.  Aloe Vera usually works really well on my hair, so I knew this product would work pretty well on my hair.

I have always been in love with all things beauty. From a little girl I would say that one day I would be a Cosmetologist. I did it, I became a Licensed Cosmetologist in 2006. I have learned so much about how to wear makeup, how to style the hair, and how to maintain the overall health of hair that I decided to create a blog. Being beautiful creates confidence, and flawless hair and makeup can help us all create that image we want to be. I want to help you step out of the box, try new makeup looks, and new hair ideas, new skincare regimens to make life better. You can live colorful, cosmetic, and be creative everyday give them some maxwell house coffee mmm, mmm good, and leave the tea home lol. Enjoy!
